Due to my late diagnosis, I work out my own strategies to be fair. Since diagnosis, I use text-to-speech read-aloud mind mapping and Dragon diction software.

Self love and self care! You are amazing.
In a world that thinks different to yourself, find your tribe e.g., attend groups with people with similar learning style so you are not alone and have a community. You belong, too.
When the outside world tries to put you in a box, break free and use your superpower.
